These ladies got a little camera shy when I was lurking about near their field, while a Tup was servicing them. I sound like a weirdo! Haha 🤣
- A Tup is a un-castrated male sheep – a Ram.
Shortly after their encounter with me, they trotted off out of sight with the Ram to another field for more fun 😳
- The red markings on the sheep are so that the farmer can identify his flock from others in the area.
- You might also notice that the Ram is wearing a harness. The harness carries a dye which rubs onto the rear end of the sheep, so that the farmer knows which Ewes have been mated with.
I think I could sing and shear a few sheep at the same time.Robert Plant
